Endeavour Shanghai Business Services Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Island Stock Transfer, to Open Stock Transfer Agency Operations in Shanghai for Chinese Based, US-Listed Public Companies.

Shanghai, PRC and St. Petersburg, FL USA – (PR NEWSWIRE) Endeavour Shanghai Business Services, Ltd (“Endeavour”) - a subsidiary of Island Stock Transfer, and part of the Endeavour Cooperative Partners family of companies- announced today that it has received approvals from the Government of the People’s Republic of China to open its stock transfer agency and corporate advisory business in Shanghai.

Endeavour will act as the representative agent for Island Stock Transfer, and expects to be the first SEC registered transfer agency dedicated to serving mainland based Chinese companies that are listed on the US Stock Markets. In addition to its core stock transfer and registrar services, Endeavour will be professionally staffed to provide corporate advisory services with respect to Chinese companies seeking a U.S. stock market listing. Endeavour expects to have its Shanghai office staffed with experienced multilingual personnel and to be fully operational by June 30, 2011.
