Guide to Restrictions

The following documentation is required for legend removal pursuant to Rule 144. Please see downloadable documentation below. This will assist in determining whether an Affiliate or Non-Affiliate and/or the Issuer are Reporting or Non-Reporting.

LEGEND REMOVAL ONLY

1. Original Certificate
2. Legal Opinion Letter (from legal counsel of the company, or any SEC authorized legal counsel) *
3. Seller’s Representation Letter
4. Mailing Instructions
5. Applicable Fees as follows:

• $53.00 to remove the restriction and issue new certificate
• $3.00 to cancel old certificate
• $45.00 for FedEx Priority Overnight or pre-paid way bill by any Courier Service provided by you.

*Please note the legal opinion has to reference the following factual determinations such as:
1. Whether the seller is an affiliate on non-affiliate of the issuer
2. Whether the issuer is an Exchange Act reporting company or non-reporting company
3. The duration of the seller’s holding period for the securities
4. Whether the issuer is or was a shell company.

1. Original Certificate
2. Original Stock Power with Medallion Guaranteed Signature
3. Instructions for transfer
4. Names, Addresses, Social Security Numbers of each new Shareholder, Phone #, Email (if any).
5. Applicable Fees as follows:

• $3.00 to cancel old certificate
• $25.00 to issue one free trading certificate
• $28.00 to issue one restricted certificate
• $45.00 for FedEx Priority Overnight or pre-paid way bill by any Courier Service provided by you.
