The name of the company was recently changed from Seaview Video Technologies, Inc. to PowerLinx, Inc. You may have received a letter from the prior transfer agent indicating you could have your old Seaview certificates exchanged for a new PowerLinx certificate. This is not a legal requirement and in no way will your exchanging of certificates or not affect your stockholder or voting rights.

If you wish to obtain the new PowerLinx certificate please submit your Seaview certificate and $25.00 with a brief request letter to Island Stock Transfer and we will be glad to exchange these certificates for you.

• Restricted Shares:

The company generally does not require an SEC attorney opinion on 144a transfers (restricted stock held over one year but not two years ). The company does not require an opinion letter for 144k ( stock held over two years ).
